My daughter Csenge's birth in 100 pictures - part 9
(the first hours, brother Levente awakes: a new family is born)
When everything was done, Levente woke up (notice the timing agin! :o)). Zoltan took him in and he got to see his new sister. He was very sweet, touching her little feet and hands and said "Baby Csenge is born, isn't she?" By this time the sun had risen and there were beautiful early morning lights in the room, like a greeting from Heaven for the new little being. This perfect "timing" of the birth also allowed us to make a beautiful video and lots of nice pictures. We feel incredibly fortunate: every little detail played its part in making our birth just perfect. They say almost every birth has moments that you are not entirely satisfied with afterwards, but ours was an absolute dream birth! It was 5 hours from the first contraction to the last and not hard at all. I didn't even tear, which makes it much simpler afterwards, I have to admit :o). Thank the Lord for blessing us so much!
By now she masters the job beautifully. Notice her chubby curves!
At first we weighed her on a regulay baby scale (which she did NOT
like), but it seemed inaccurate...
... so we weighed her on Ági's "fish" scale, too. We
"agreed" on 3900 g, which is approx. 8,8 pounds.
Daddy is telling Levente the news: Baby Csenge is born!
He peeks into the room suspiciously
Waaaa....! Seeing my sweet little-big son, I felt another rush of love
and joy, so strong that I just burst out in tears! It suddenly hit me that with my
daughter a whole new family is born! So much love at a time is too much! Waaaaa... :o)
Levente is very shy at first, but then he cautiously touches Csenge's
little foot...
